Brilliant. The floorplan may be the most amusing thing I've ever seen..... Is it even legal to be able to cr@p without a door to keep it all in? Seem to remember you have to have two closin doors between that and the food area.....?

It's not really a shithole but paying nearly £900k to live in a space like this would drive anyone to drink, as we can see in the kitchen.

I do love the freudian slip - under description, key features it says 'first fool'.

It's an absolute mess. You have to work really hard to design a building that ugly, impractical, and cluttered. A utilitarian design that has poor utility.
Newly refurbished? The nasty kitchen cabinets and kitchen surfaces don't even match. And WTF is that angled window in the second picture?
The crap 'kitchen' floor tiles, cabinets and beige carpet throughout shout of a BTL-er trying to sell up and leave the market.
I like the bit that says:
- Modern Bathroom
- No Chain
Gotta love the fake leaded lights in the neighbouring flat.
"It's a London Thing"... WTF does an empty headed EA slogan like that mean? Perhaps the insane price.

It's an ex-Council flat and right opposite Holloway Prison, which is why it's cheap. Nearby is this:

I used to live about 5 minutes walk from there (in a top floor duplex on a quieter back street, sold in early 2007...). In its favour are easy access to Islington and Camden and a zone 2 tube station. Against are Holloway and Camden Road which are both very busy at all hours. Not forgetting the ludicrous design.

The floorplan is full of wasted space. I just don't get the master bedroom at all. Surely the bathroom would have been better in that extra bedroom space than at the other end of the flat? It's 280k, for an ex LA flat in a not particularly great place, perfect really as both overpriced and sh*t.
STR in 2008 (nevermind)
