What is the use for ground floor? The blue door looks a bit narrow for a car to drive in, and they don't mention garage.

Pretty much all of the 'coach house' style flats in my area has one of the garages underneith. Talk about making you feel like a 3rd class citizen.

And would that Fiesta fit in the garage? Fiestas were once small cars!

Thought you'd like it. Just imagine living there...
Garage doors are not quiet. Imagine a nurse on call getting the car in/out a 4am. Or the Sunday cyclist getting the bike out at 6am.
Also you have all sides unheated. In a proper flat at least you get the benefit of heat from downstairs.

Dreadful. I pity the fool :'(

Possibly only 2 scenarios where I'd consider spending time there. During nuclear fallout or a Zombie attack. At least there's Team Brasil and a some books to read.
Tell me all about it and start at the end.

Pricey! Or is that the 'London commuter sttlement' factor?

Looks like it was once just a modest old folks' bungalow. maybe ex-council. Streetview shows it with a garage extension to the right of the building but has since been turned into a kitchen/diner. Advertised as having 1 off road parking space but I'm not sure that it's big enough outside.

I don't like it when homes are extended right to the boundary of the plot like this one.

Fans of natural light need not apply. Eff it - I'd rather bike in to town.
