Live Auction is back today. I will be covering the Auction House Manchester auction starting at 2pm today covering 60 predominantly residential lots.

The properties are mainly situated in Manchester and the North West. This is a mixed auction with land, pubs and office / comercial units as well as residential. I have Last Sold Prices for 23 of the residential lots so we should be able to get a reasonable feel for where the market is in terms of prior year values.

If you are able to find Last Sold data for any of the lots I have missed or if you have any anecdotal evidence about the property / area, please feel free to add it to the thread. Please also correct any errors that you notice.

If you have local knowledge about any of the lots please post onto the thread - It's the local information that gives us the detail behind the figures.

I will also be tweeting the auction results via Twitter so you can keep upto date even if you're not able to access this thread.
