Through the letterbox came a leaflet...

Quote

HAYBROOK ARE SELLING HOUSES IN THE S70 AREA

Why not call Barnsley's most proactive estate agent on xxxxxxxx

1. I live in a flat.
2. My flat is a housing association flat
3. Barnsley has an alternative estate agents, the best estate agent in the country... (they are called HPC Posted Image )

If I were to ever own and sell a property I would definitely be using the HPC estate agents!

Have I not reason to lament what man has mas made of man?

Initially 'Unemployed Youth'
Then 'Formerly Unemployed Youth'
Then 'Unemployed Again Youth'
Hopefully soon to be 'Employed Again Youth' and not long after that I'll be eligible for working tax credits, if not I'll at least get adult rate dole and maybe car insurance will be potentially affordable!

Oh Barnsley

I remember coming back last Summer to have a look to see if I wanted to move 'home'
I gave it a sharp no thanks!

I might give that a go, it should be fun.

I'll try and knock them down on the valuation!

You can let them go through all the measuring and when they come to tell you what it's worth then you can tell them you'll need to ask the landlord if you can sell it.
