Well, it does say "Offers in the region of..."

My "region" would be swiping about £200k off the listed price.

Hilarious.

I pass this house every day on the way home from work, nice busy road 3 minutes from a motorway. £230k is laughable, £115k maybe?

Ah ... but you forgot the TWIGS IN A VASE in pics 5, 9 and 10 .... there job done, that accounts for the extra £200k
