I don't know where the original BtL flipper thread went, but anyhoos, one of the darlings was Mr
Belton.

Back in 2004 http://news.bbc.co.u...ory/3542943.stm

Today, doing what Rick Otten is advising using massive leaflet drops. On Twitter (very active) http://twitter.com/?utm_campaign=duncanbelton&utm_content=173025016168980480&utm_medium=fb&utm_source=fb#!/duncanbelton

"Is it a bargain? 3 bed tce for sale 25,000 highest sold in the street in 2007 - 86,000 I make that 70% BMV (below market value)"

BLOO LOO says, 25K IS the market value.

"helping to sell someone's house. I'm paying him 500 per month until I sell it. YES I'm paying him! Ever heard of an agent do that?"

He just needs to find someone to pay him more than 500 to offload (see the Rick Otten thread) What could go wrong!

Clearly he's doing really well judging by the car he's driving.

According to his car / office he will "by your house, any price"

I'm going to offer him my house for 2m and see if he snaps it up.
