Perhaps the company just said they'd pixillate out the rude bits rather than the faces....

Still they did get a massive payout, should pay for entrance into the club a few times so they can console themselves over it...

Its easy to see what happened here - I watched the unedited version of the scenes in the swingers club in Germany and the faeces were pixillated as promised. A simple spelling mistake to make when reading the small print of the contract.
