Estate agents lie to and manipulate the weak-minded for a living. Scumbags by default. (vast majority of them)

As the dominant market leader, Rightmove should impose controls to prevent such blatent manipulation of their monthly sales stats if they are to maintain any credibility. Without regulation it's all too easy for them to assist agents (their paying clients) in creating a false illusion of the marketplace.

Saw a similar trick in one of the local ea`s a while back, one day it was full of stale houses for sale the next day it was full of adds with sold on them ,some of them had been sold almost two years earlier
