Hello,

Theres a small empty industrial unit/office in Aberdeen city centre that I'm interested in and would like to contact the owner.

The company that was occupying the premises went bust some time ago (more than a year ago), is there a land registry or similar that could be used to find the owner.

Any advice appreciated.

I've seen it often said that for a small fee, Land Registry will tell you this for E&W, the equivalent in Scotland is Registers of Scotland, you may want to consult their website, write or call to see if they offer a similar service.
