I appreciate forum's need to be truncated to ensure speed of the database tables etc. but the main forum goes back just about a month. This seems pretty stingy. I wanted to look at some posts from early August (wanted to look at historical posts when the market was crashing). I know I can use the search feature but it's a pain to use this for a post from just a few months ago. How about a year Archive that you could store on a seperate table that wouldn't upset the main forum? Or can you at least have more than a months worth of posts on the main forum?

AFAIK it takes up too much server space but I will ask.

Thanks, even a couple of extra months would be good, but if it slows down the site too much I'd rather put up with the search feature.
