You do not fancy paying the extra £74,000 then!!!

Out skirts of Swindon can be nice, I lived near the spotted cow back in the day.

It's in Swindon (I speak from still bitter experience).
It's knackered.
They're asking nearly a third of a million quid.
Do you really have to ask?
SOLD! (Subject to 6 separate contracts, all of which rely on one first time buyer being able to pull a 20 thousand pound deposit out of their backside)

Dont know why anyone would pay 245 for a 3 bedder on tismeads...traffic is only going to get worse down there as wichelstowe fills...

can someone help me? I am looking at two properties in old town area.
one at buckingham road near Lawn, one at broom manor lane,
which one of the locations above is a better location for a family with two school children?

Swindon is not that bad. I wouldn't want to live in the SN1 area but its generally a good place to live with good routes, shops and bars.
