370k 3bed with garden Rosendale Road

300k 3/4 bed in rough end of Clive Road

I'm pretty sure both have been on the market for a while, and the latter has been up for auction as a repo.

That's a blast from the past - I used to live on Rosendale Road... nice place to be, although that house is towards the less salubrious end.

Looking at the photos, they look different. Also, one has renters in there, which implies to me that they're not paying so you'd have to have them evicted.
