In the last week or so, I've noticed a few new stock on RM that is advertised below it's 2005 sold price. A few months ago, it was hard to spot anything that was on or below it's previous sold price, irregardless of the year.
2012 Predictions - made January 1st 2012
  • Inflation to drop sharply and to a level that makes pay rises and savings account rates seem half decent
  • BTL to be revealed as the next financial disaster in the making as potential tenants buy lower priced houses
  • Progress to be made toward the market bottoming out from 2015, so more falls but not as seen in 08-09

What's that? a nominal fall of 31%?

What's s special about Moston because I don't see similar fall in other parts of Manchester.
