Nice 5 bed detached went for less than it did in 2003. Confirms to me if you pay anything near 2007 prices for a house you are gonna get burnt!

How long has that Horton one been on for? Seems like forever IMPO.

The Hennage price is interesting - sounds like a wise seller getting out.

I had one Mumbles EA today going through a list of sellers and telling me which ones would take "substantially less" than the asking price. I think we are finally beginning to move from denial to fear in Swansea. Yes, some will stay in denial.

One of the smaller EAs stupidly told me that her sellers would take their homes off the market now and put them back on in the Spring at higher prices. PMSL!
The success or failure of your deeds does not add up to the sum of your life. Your spirit cannot be weighed. Judge yourself by the intention of your actions and by the strength you faced the challenges that have stood in your way.

The people closest to you have been trying to tell you that you have made a difference. That you did change things for the better. The Universe is vast and we are so small. There is really only one thing that we can ever truly control - whether we are good or evil.

The political triumph of the American Right has been to advance relentlessly the economic interests of the country's richest people, while emphasising a swath of moral, social and foreign policy issues that motivate and certainly distract middle-class and poor voters.
