Yes I use LLOYDS Share Dealing....

I cannot compare with other Share Dealing accounts, but it's fairly easy to use...

I pay £8 every 3 months for management fees

Some mining stocks I have to trade over the phone, some I can just do online depends on the market...

I am opening an account with Barclays as they deal in certain North American stocks that other stockbrokers don't. They do this via an agent, telephone only, with higher dealing costs.

But they do it, as opposed to my current stockbroker who just said no.

So, it does depend on what you are intending to invest in.
