Edit: TMT - I think you should threaten the DailyMail to either ban Sibley or yourself and then when they've banned you insist all your comments are erased from their site or you'll sue them and set up an alternative DailyMail. I believe this usually works successfully.

Of course there will be people who believe the press when they say property in the UK faces a double dip and they are technically correct as prices fell 0.2% last month.
The fact is that sellers just will not sell at a loss unless they are forced to. Ergo no property crash. People can still borrow money, this is not 2007!"
