I don't want to gloat at their misfortune but a lot of builders must be in trouble. This will certainly present some opportunities for bargain buys in months/years to come.

Please post any links or anecdotes here for NE.

I'm sure Bellway aren't bust, although their share price is dropping steadily. But not being able to shift their show house is not a good sign.

Another one to watch in the upcoming Pattinsons auction.
