"When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men living together in society, they create for themselves in the course of time a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it."

If you want to know what the next political move will be, ask yourself what will suit the banks, and behold, the answer will come to you.
The Credit Crunch :
The logical financial outcome is deflation. The logical political outcome is inflation. (Thanks to Injin 21st Sept 2008)

A good site that allows you to market your own property for free and cut out the EA. It also shows which properties have had price reductions, and by how much (like Property Bee), it also allows you to search for properties that are being sold by banks, properties that need updating, etc, etc, and a whole load of other filters that makes rightmove look years out of date.

"Chrimbo" Predictions for 2011.
1. UK House prices to fall by around 5 to 8 percent, to finish the year at around 150,000 pounds. UK interest rates at 1 percent at year end.
2. The pound to fall slightly against the dollar (1.45-1.50) and rise against the Euro (around 1.20)
3. The yellow stuff to fall to 1250 dollars then make new highs.
Plus one for luck. The sovereign debt crisis to arrive in Japan.
