Has anyone else seen this: www.hi4em.org.uk?

Looks useful.

Good potential, shame the info isn't more up to date.

“The great enemy of clear language is insincerity. When there is a gap between one's real and one's declared aims, one turns, as it were, instinctively to long words and exhausted idioms, like a cuttlefish squirting out ink.”

Land Registry data is received 4 - 6 weeks after the end of each month and processed to add to the Hi4em web site. Data to the end of May will be uploaded in the next few days. We will soon have software available to us that should enable the data processing to be considerable speeded up. We will also be adding tools via Zoopla to enable price and volume searches by Local Authority and electoral Wards as well as their current postcode searches. This is of use to local and regional government when considering strategies and where to target resources - the need for affordable housing or intervention to assist vulnerable households in poor housing conditions, for example.
