hi, just wondered if anyone was going to go to the brown co auction tomorrow? if so what properties are you interested in?

no i dont lol sorry, just looking at buying my first property at auction tomorrow, fingers crossed as a project for me and my partner

Here's a neat project for the next five years.....

Attempting to pay off the mortgage as fast as the value of your new acquisition plummets.

I'd be interested to see how much that Albert Terrace property goes for (lot 1). With a guide price of £125-145k it already seems overpriced if it requires modernisation.
