120K for a cross between a garden shed and a greenhouse. Amazing. Any tomatoes growing in it must be worth more than the property

Presumably they're buying a small plot in a great location. The shed will go and a tiny house will go up in its place. Can't check though as the EAs seem to have removed the details.

If it's the same one as detailed here then it went for £100,000 instead of the asking price of £120,000. Still too much mind you.
