I see today that on Rightmove that the number of registered Estate Agents for Worcester (postcode WR!0 has fallen from 30 Estate Agents to 28. Anyone in Worcester know which ones the 2 are and whether they have closed up shop or are just not using Rightmove anymore (can't afford the Rightmove fees?)?

Like many places, I guess, I have noticed that many Worcester Estate Agents have moved their prime focus to Lettings rather than Sales.

Cawley in St Johns seems to be just about surviving after removing itself from Rightmove a few months ago but achieving very few sales from what I have observed.

Using Propertybee to track Estate Agency activity, including their sales, it would seem that March has been a dire month for them - i.e. very few sales (SSTC) being achieved and some returning from SSTC status to be being available again.

I see today that Cawley have returned to Rightmove ..... mainly with the same properties as when they left Rightmove about 6 or 7 months ago.
