Personally i think this is a lovely house and my bear mind tells me that i could just about afford £130k in a years time. They would probably accept £155k today, by October/November you could get very close. Quote
HouseDog Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 My 2 cents thinks that in NN7 this kind of property may well have an asking price of 150 to 155K in twelve months time. If we're still in a strong buyers market (which I think we will be) you may well be able offer and buy somewhere near 140 - 145K at this time. However, I don't think we will see the true bottom of the market till sometime in late 2011 to 2012. Quote
