The woman from Kent was amazing. Bought four flats she had never seen for what must be around half a million quid. Half a million bleeding quid! The trouble is that I could have given free advice years ago warning them of this, yet instead I held back and watched, not like any would have listened with the pound sign carrot dangling in front of their eyes.
