It would never happen, your not telling the whole story.

I wrote the bank and asked for an accounting two weeks out and asked for the banks assurance they would return my property upon payment and settlement.

The bank refused the offer.

The bank then attempted to slip me a forgery in lieu of my property in attempting to settle the matter.

The bank wants me to pay and keep the security (my property) too.

That in effect is paying twice.

I can not find anything in the agreement where it says I got to pay twice.

I understand this is the way banks rip off their customers.

If your communication with the bank was as garbled as what you wrote here then I expect they'd at the very least need clarification.

Your solicitor could no doubt explain. Or perhaps just a friend who is comfortable with written English.

Maybe you are the one having trouble with English.

And law, too.

You do know the banks security they hold is your property, don't you?

Do you think the instrument you signed and turned over to the bank belongs to someone other than you?

Maybe you could enlighten us on that....as to who owns the original instrument of indebtedness in its original form.

And then go one to explain why the bank refuses to come up with the document in lieu of payment.

If you really want to know what I think of bank fraud and mortgages you might find this the most awesome, God damn the banker thread, on the planet.

You are either the fastest reader on the planet or a liar.

This entire site looks to me to be ripe with spam.

A whole lot of B.S. being flung around here.

If I didn't know any better it appears to be a lot of realtors, mortgage brokers, credit repair scammers and lawyers using this as a resource base.

Am I right?
