PopGun
All these stories are utterly meaningless. Just like 99.9% of your posts then. Any links of your own to back up your wild theories?! My name is GameOver, I was in a car accident and woke up in 1983...............
Traktion
Copyright would be concerned with the usage of the idea, not the understanding or the "thinking" of it. What is an idea, if not a thought? If I think of something first, it doesn't mean I can declare no one else can think of it afterwards, without being forced to pay me. Re: 2b. You might not transfer a physical item but there has been a transfer of value. A loss of value might be equated with theft. If an idea isn't property and theft is an involuntary transfer of property, copyright abuse must be something else. Copyright is a monopoly on ideas. Like any monopoly, those on the inside of it will suffer when outsiders break it down. However, given that holding a monopoly on ideas can only be maintained through state coercion, you have to ask what natural right anyone has to this monopoly. This doesn't make sense to me (You, of course, have every right) Not doing anything is the default position. If you want to use violence, to enforce an opinion, you have to build a solid case for it. Have you given any real thought to the evolutionary pressures of the society you advocate? Sure, plenty. Is there anything in particular you are concerned about?
