officebum Posted April 18, 2013 Author Share Posted April 18, 2013 lol but believe me wolves is more screwed, more than half the town is on benefits, and having a kid here is a career move! Anyway the nice area of wolves is a small corner in the south west of the city which is in high demand because the rest of the place is a right off! prices have fallen 20% since the peak in December 2007, but is a very limited set of houses coming to the market and plenty of overpriced holes that can't sell.
