Living room - fit a couch in. No room for anything else. £200k+. Told the EA the rooms were shockingly small. Response: 'Well, they're new-builds' . She then added... Honestly, couldn't you have figured this out from the room sizes on the schedules or web listings, and have saved you and the EA the trip.....? Britain has more external storage space (such as Big Yellow Storage etc) than the rest of Europe combined.
