notnow
According to the land registry, the number of house sales in Norfolk was fairly consistent from 1996 to 2007 . Then in 2007 the world changed , and the number of sales dropped by 40%. From 2008 to 2012 inclusive that 40% drop in sales has remained. It must be tough for EAs. It would kill most companies. I prefer not to think about all the dosh they are now making from reluctant landlords who can't sell .
