Edwardian masterpiece?........That's is awful.

Is that the kitchen in the PVC conservatory? Along with an office???

Although you're saving £500K over the original asking price- so someone will snap it up

deluded

Edit: Apologies, I now see it's actually a jacuzzi in the conservatory next to the office so that makes it all ok.

Form an orderly queue please

This is now SSTC:

It's not been on for that long, so has probably gone under offer at +300K.

This area between East Dulwich and the 'new' overground links (Peckham Rye / Denmark Hill) seems to have gone particularly crazy in the last 3 months. Have a look at some of these other gems.

In the first half of 2011, there were pretty decent looking terraced houses on some of these roads at between 350 to 400.

It's not East Dulwich, it's not pretty and the only thing 'breath-taking' about this place is the price.

I am speechless at that!, So it is in Nunhead, it is in a building that looks like it has been converted from house to shop and then back to house again except they forgot to take the shopfront off! £500k??

I am not that familiar with the area, so what is the realistic price for this - £250k? Less?

I reckon they've sent the Saturday morning boy round to value it and told him to 'stick it on under the stamp duty threshold'. Only they meant 250K not 500K!

Yet more East Dulwich madness:

For £525K of your hard earned money you can get this 47 sq. m flat.

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-45205484.html

or how about a mere £925K for a 85 sq. m terrace with a courtyard garden?

10'3 x 6'8 for a bedroom, the average bathroom is bigger than that!
