In other words, this chart clearly shows that in 1995, you could buy houses at 1985’s prices. Now I want you to imagine that a successful property market investor had shown you this chart back in 1995 and explained to you that house prices were probably due a move over the next ten years. Would this inside information have got you to say, “I want in”?
