can someone help me? I am looking at two properties in old town area.

one at buckingham road near Lawn, one at broom manor lane,

which one of the locations above is a better location for a family with two school children?

It's in Swindon (I speak from still bitter experience).

It's knackered.

They're asking nearly a third of a million quid.

Do you really have to ask?

Swindon is not that bad. I wouldn't want to live in the SN1 area but its generally a good place to live with good routes, shops and bars.

Molly, probably on par with each other I'd say. There's hardly any distance between them
