£75,000 Discount

Just thought I'd update on a thread I started back at the begining of August £65,000 Discount

So a month has passed and still no confirmed sale and another £10,000 Off.

Heres a few houses similar very close to the discounted and the vendors must be crapping themselves that the above hasnt sold even with a massive £60,000+ difference:-

£435,000

£429, 999

This one I looked at and was a dump £359, 995

Classic property bubble prices, plenty of negotiable wiggle room on those prices IMO.

The original purchasers will be crapping themselves in style

It'd sell easier without those two sets of blue curtains, blue rug, and painting the bog walls anything other than lilac. IMHO of course.

So back to the 2005 price which according to the LR, is about right for Essex.

The "full" price is from cloud cuckoo land, so the discount is illusionary
