'Bart'
I also want to add this (entire film on YouTube in on piece): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xs26c4FDOZY I remember that one, although I'm sure it was weekday afternoon off school "sick viewing" for me. (I was sick already mind, not that the film made me sick.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h21H_uTbujo&feature=related Is there nothing that isn't on YouTube? Actually there is, Mouse on the Moon, which may have been mentioned already? Prime Sunday afternoon film material if ever I saw it.

Shrink Proof
For the real Sunday afternoon experience, "Kelly's Heroes" is the film.
Darkman
I re-watched School For Scoundrels today, since I'm on a Northern break. It's just as entertaining as I remember it. I wonder if Sunday afternoon films really should be in black and white only? Maybe that's too strict. Probably only films pre-1970 then?

Depends on your age I guess. Growing up, most Sunday afternoon films were B&W as I recall. Somebody 10 years younger might not have that association. Imminent_plunge
Antichrist is a lovely Sunday afternoon film suitable for all the family... Seriously, it is well acted but utterly vile. I'm still having nightmares now and I will never watch it again.
MrPin
I suggest a good war film for a British Sunday afternoon, preferably one where the Germans lose!

The wife and I watched it last year with our twenty something daughter who screamed with embarrassment. Not the sort of film to watch with your daughter.
