Seems like forever IMPO. The Hennage price is interesting - sounds like a wise seller getting out. I had one Mumbles EA today going through a list of sellers and telling me which ones would take "substantially less" than the asking price. I think we are finally beginning to move from denial to fear in Swansea. Yes, some will stay in denial. One of the smaller EAs stupidly told me that her sellers would take their homes off the market now and put them back on in the Spring at higher prices. PMSL!
