for the first time in 14 years i find myself strongly drawn to tory policy. it would have unthinkable when i was younger and paid the price of their ignorant policies. however, i am LOVING the fact that they are now taking on the same middle class that used to dump on us working class in the thatcher days.

they can strike as much as they please. it will not change a thing. you cannot get blood from a stone and i for one am going to enjoy watching a load of nimby w@nkers get the full lash of the eton club whip. and rightly so. i would like to whip each one several times for being so selfish, blinded by greed and ignorance and i am going to just love it when their pathetic strikes lead nowhere but to a pile of trash in their own back yards.

i am working class, i managed to start my own business. this country did nothing for me. i had to educate myself in the USA. i owe this country nothing at all, and i am about to enjoy the coming years as currencies and the whole banking swindle collapses in front of the daily express and guardian readers eyeballs. this is goig to be something special.

they can eat sh1t if they think im paying their pensions so they can retire at 60, leaving me to retire at 70.

i already about retired. this is truly an epic popcorn moment watching the people who thought they were the masters get a solid beating off the people they thought were their chums.

doesnt even matter now if they revert to millipride. no one can save them from the damage the middle class have done to the uk over the last 10 years. there is simply nothing in the kitty but debt for them to repay. all the while my private gold stash goes up and up and up.

oh, how i longed for this day. have a taste of coal miner life you teacher, council officer, firefighter w@nkers !!

not nice wehn they turn on you is it. i also have little support forthe miner strike breaking hauliers. you too can eat some sh1t.

hahaha

ENJOY.

To misquote Pastor Martin Niemoller; first they came for the miners but I did nothing because I'm not a miner. Then they came for the council workers, teachers and firemen but I did nothing because they have huge pensions and retire earlier than me so they can "eat sh1t".

Maybe rather than everyone retiring at 70, we should all retire at 60 to give the kidz a chance at getting a job?

First they came for the Jews, but I did nothing because I’m not a Jew. Then they came for the socialists, but I did nothing because I’m not a socialist. Then they came for the Catholics, but I did nothing because I’m not a Catholic. Finally, they came for me, but by then there was no one left to help me. – Pastor Martin Niemoller

Thatcher tried to take on the middle classes too remember.

Toby Young wrote a superb piece a coule/few months back on how he moved from left to right and how you have to be left in your youth to be right later on if you are real

first they came for the private sector and extracted every last drop drop of wealth creation that was possible until none was left but they did nothing because it was under threat of imprisonment, then they started fighting amongst themselves to extract whatever crusts remained council workers, teachers, firemen ,MP , BOE the lot, all fighting for their corner in the ever consuming monster known as state but I did nothing because theyd already fcked me over to generate their huge pensions and retire earlier than me so they can "eat sh1t".

Fixed (im pretty sure that more eloquently states the poster who said thats thoughts)

Lovely idea but the state and its participants and friends must be fed (even whilst they fight amongst themselves for the last morsel), perhaps more govt spending of wealth that isnt there is needed spending the majority of the economy clearly isnt enough theres still at least a couple of percent before it even reaches former E German levels

Surely the the thing that prevents universal retirement at 60 is the cost. We can't afford to fund the numbers of people that retire at the moment and to drop the age to 60 would, even in boom times be unaffordable.

The public sector worker's unions have for decades managed to negotiated better and better pensions. Our political classes as part of the public sector have seen this as a way of avoiding conflict and so gone along with it. Today all that evasion of conflict is coming home to roost. The truth is that in recent history, public sector salaries have tracked living costs better than those in the private sector. The race to the global bottom has been most harshly felt by the private sector, where as the public sector has been shielded to a certain extent.

Ah but they'll be ok. A striking teacher (God only knows who or what she taught) was interviewed on Mr Alvin Hall's financial programme on Radio 4 recently. She said if they make her change from a 'free' pension to a contributory pension, she just won't pay in, because 'then the government will have to help her won't they - human rights, innit - I'll have some of that!'

The mind boggles, really. They just don't understand that the state cornucopia has finally run dry. Atlas, rather than shrugging, has simply collapsed...

I think for the first time I have absolutely no idea who to vote for. Previously I've criticised people who complain about the current bunch after having not voted, but I honesty don't think I'll bother voting in the next election.

I'm embarrassed to say it now but I voted Lib Dem last time, or as they are now called, Cameron's Bitches

a vote for any individual to represent you with no immediate comeback is simply a vote for corruption (the corruption is inherrent in the system and always been present, it is only bear markets that people actually start to care about it), MPs arent special people they are self interested like yourself, you are part of the problem, a non voter has a right to complain, they arent perpetuating the current system and are nearly always the majority, until there is actual democracy via direct representation any voter has no right to complain about any party elected, there is no technological reason for it not happen and if you dont like what your countrymen vote for (that is democracy) you can until they close the borders simply leave

I would always trust the self interest of 60 million or a single constituency/canton to make a better (average) decision than 1 or 600 self interested parties no matter how many you or i perceive as chavs or unworthy they are far more likely as a whole to be less unworthy than an individual seeking the position and forced protection and associated benefits of state. Vote UKIP

It doesnt matter who you vote for, they are all the same.

they buy votes by giving stuff out as a tempter....thent he temptation becomes a fixed item and something new must be bought....deficit spending allows this to continue....until, like any ponzi, it cant.

The tax take from the public sector is now so large, the ponzi is about to break paying for it.

Someone once wroe that if you are not a socialist when young you have no heart, but if you are not a conservative when you are older you have no brain.

:)

No young tories, no older philanthropists? Being wrong, twice, is a fair assessment of the original coining of this witty phrase.

Seriously I think you need help. Your ramblings don't make sense. Are you calling nurses, firefighters, etc. middle class?

The cost of public sector pensions is set to fall in the future and as far as I'm aware the nurses and teachers didn't cause the mess we are in now. You have swallowed the Tory line alright, because this is all about a Tory political stance and not the economy, same as University tuition fees.

I think you probably spent too much time in the good ol' USA and as you say you owe this country nothing. So what you still doing here then?

As for watching them eat sh1t, enjoy your private stash of gold. Hope you've got hard teeth, 'cos it sure is crunchy and not that nutricous when your'e starving.

I have no love for any of the three main parties in this country and certainly no axe to grind, except regarding house prices and falling income, same as most people and certainly no affiliation to the public sector, I can't stand it when people turn on each other out of misguided spite.

Errr no.

UKIP don't have blood on their hands yet regarding screwing over the British people, now the Tories, & Nu Liebour on the other hand..

And what makes you think that's for any reason other than that they haven't had the chance? I've seen nothing in UKIP that doesn't make me think that they're as bad or worse as the main three. Don't support someone simply because they oppose someone you really dislike.

Presently the Tories, whils tin most ways just as bad as Labour, appear marginally less incompetent even though their motives for being so are questionable.

That's right, there was no massive hike in spending under Brown to buy their votes.

Ban Bank Bailouts

Hike Rates Now

Cut spendign aggressively

Move tax from wealth creation to property

The hike in spending was largely to increase the numbers of staff in those sectors. I doubt it was designed to buy votes, in fact as workloads increased with all the changes in education and health, what I saw was increasing disenchantment with labour. Even if they intended to, I doubt labour successfully bought any public sector votes in the last parliament; in higher education they defected away from labour in droves (tuition fees introduction).

I really fear going back to the 1970's

That is why I condemn the latest threat of strikes. Of course, Labour avoided all that by giving in to the Public Sector.

Cameron wll not go after the bankers, tax the rich, put the country back on to its feet, spread wealth around.

I suspect the reason is that having lost so much manufacturing industry, the only short term hope for getting Britain out of its mess is the banking industry.

Go read the Maggie post on this site.

All three main parties have no credibility, I'm not here to impress you, us UKIP's and right wingers will be proved right by history, unfortunately there may well be fighting in the streets in every country and that's not good for anyone.

Dream on. The only difference between right and left wingers is how they say everyone else should be screwed to help them, they're both odious self-serving back-stabbing points of view. I've no idea why you think that UKIP are any different other than in who they blame for the mess (hint - like every other party it's never what they want to do that's wrong, it's all being messed up by others. The only difference with UKIP is, because they've not had any real power, they remain merely a joke instead of a proven threat.
