This was was up for auction a while back too - and is entered again for the auction on 2nd May, but with the Guide Price boosted up from £175,000 to £200,000. Also being rented out.

With the occasional exception, there no shortage of buyers apparently. And sellers can't be overly desperate if they're getting rent in at the same time.

Louise McDonald, head of Auction Services at the firm says that 80% of the lots at the last sale were sold although not an extended three bed semi on Oswald Road in Chorlton. It had a guide of £175,000 and attracted bid but no-one prepared to go up to the reserve and it is now available for £210,000.
