beans on toast
Lot 104B Guide Price £230,000 - £250,000 This 1 bed flat in Bayswater sold for £380k - amazing ! London prices are still sky high. £380k for Bayswater is not expensive - I saw a one bed flat in Bayswater about a year ago which was on the market for £520K But i'm amazed at this one: Lot 65 - 1 Bed flat in Hackney (NEW BUILD) Sold for 280. It was sold previously on 30/12/2005 for £284,470. So a slight depreciation on the 2005 price. redgenieuk
Surely there must come a point in the reposessions ladder where the demand / money available / credit available is totally unable to soak up all the properties coming onto the market at auction! How many reposessions do we need before people just can't stuff thier boots any more?!?

Quite a lot I reckon. There is far more awareness than in the previous crash. Internet forums have a lot to answer for Today it's possibly Manic (U-tube) Bruno's bidding that is skewing the result. Anything to stop us being cheerful about the inevitable
