2,200 page views in last 30 days.

about 100 seems normal for my search area.

one has to hope most of those views are morbid curiousity and people arent actually that desperate to live in such squalor.

well i guess it was morbid curiousity as its had a 25k price reduction since.

Another 225k off and it might make sense.

I note it doesn't say anything about the driveway so I assume that all still belongs to the main house.

Time for my first entry!

http://www.rightmove...y-46176383.html

Couldn't match the sh*tness of that house, but did find this one, nice and convenient for the next flood, and the first few lines of EA blurb made me laugh http://www.rightmove...y-44650514.html

Tell me all about it and start at the end.

3 bedroomed ex-council houses in my old stomping ground now exceeding £160k now.

No interior pics for this one, so I'll assume it needs updating. In which case it needs to be well below £120k.

Bring on the BoE interest rate rises! Hopefully that will restore some degree of sanity to the house prices <_<

An overpriced rental here:

http://www.rightmove...y-44047501.html

A mere £16.8k of take-home pay a year to live in a low-spec 2 bedroom bungalow where the landlord won't let you have children or a cat.

I have a limited amount of sympathy for a landlord not wanting tenants with pets. However, it does seem very self-defeating that this landlord will not allow children to live there. It's a 2 bedroomed property ffs.

If it was a1 bedroomed place, fair enough. Certainly not a 2+ bedroom rental. Pretty discriminating really.

£300k in the posh bit of Slough.  The table on the balcony doesn't look like it's physically possible to sit at.
