Atleast the view is nice!

Until you have an unusually high tide and drown..

i would imagine that close to sea level turds can come out of the toilet as well as go down it..

if you are turning the public toilet into a house, where do people spend a penny and shoot heroin? on your doorstep?

But you’ll have to pay a pretty penny to buy Sea Wall House before you start knocking it down. Given that the initial 2015 sale of the loos on Westbrook Promenade resulted in a bidding war with a final price agreed of £215,000 – a whopping sevenfold increase on the original £30,000 guide price – agents Strutt & Parker have set a guide price of £400,000 this time around.

What? Why? Where has the extra £185,000 come from?

I needed a pony in Margate

But the loos are now luxury houses!

Those newbuilds are flash

For those with the cash

But I need a pair of clean trousers...

A little further down the shore in Ramsgate there's a regular colony of homeless living in the alcoves of the sea wall. Save yourself 400 grand and join them.

Summers with sound of screaming babies, blobs of ice cream on the floor and fat guys walking around in budgie smugglers. The low rumble above your head of the occasional passing Truck, Bus, or Boy racer with Fat exhaust and Boom Box and it's right next door to adventure golf.

We used to live in a former toilet.

Luxury.
