rollover
The seedy culture of rogue landlords trading sex with young women for free accommodation Female reporter met one potential landlord who offered a “friends with benefits” situation, which involved sharing his bed in a swanky flat for free — as long as sex was offered up in return. Andrew Wallis, of anti-slavery charity Unseen, said the deals were taking advantage of those unable to afford spiralling rents and “go as close to the edge of the law . . . without breaking it”. Pervert landlords posted dozen of adverts online looking for women who would live with them for free in return for sexual favours. Youngsters and low paid people fall into the hands of sleazy landlords after being priced out of accommodation. TheSun

Qetesuesi
Can we get right away from calling men "perverts" for wanting to have sex with women? Would they be called perverts if they said they wanted sex with men? I don't think so....

Technically speaking, when you barter, you are supposed to file the "fair market value" of the goods or services as income on your tax return. Which leads to the question: are munters effectively paying lower rent?

Arpeggio
Any woman who is "marketable" for sex and inclined to do so, could make a lot more money than the price of rent by just being a prostitute for various clients. A "webcam wh*re" with a dildo doesn't even have to touch anyone. Or be a stripper, get to meet people, other strippers, an agent etc. Women tend to get paid more than men in the pron industry too. Burlesque dancing. The landlord might as well ask a £50k PA plumber to live there rent free if they wash the dishes. Why would a plumber waste potential for something that pays less? I suspect see these landlords won't be much more than hopeful fantasists.

Well it is a desperate or lazy landlord trying to get something cheap compared to paying for it the normal way. https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2018/mar/23/my-life-in-sex-26-year-old-escort ‘I earn 10 times more than the day rate in my normal job’ That....or living with a boring sad b*stard and f*cking the same sack of fat.....all for free rent? lol I know which one I would choose if I had the thick skin to do something like that. He wont get the looks and body quotient, big t*t blonde or whatever it is he desires. Of course it is the subject of, and this Landlords wishes, that commoditized this, not me as I talk about it in context.
