I have noticed you cannot an online valuation immediately or have someone come round and value your home.Does anyone know which is more accurate?I have found tools like the following - https://www.makeurmove.co.uk/property/valuationWhereas with these guys - http://www.romans.co.uk/landlords/freevaluation you have to request someone come round and look at your property ?Is there any difference?
