Si1
Twigs in vases have to be a nesting instinct affectation. The latest I've heard is now slate place mats. Good grief.
chronyx
The most cringeworthy is those Live, Laugh, Love posters/cushions/fridge magnets They get an extra £30 added on the bill. If they can afford tasteless tat like that...
Longtermrenter
Actually I am fighting against these slogan type things which keep being bought as gifts by family members. Doing my best to sabotage them.

Longtermrenter
One of the things we have is made of MDF and painted to look like aged wood with anbibsipid slogan. It akresfy has sine mould on the back and I'm working on soaking it in water to make it swell up and turn into papier mache. Its my wife's family and my sister buys these things. There are at least two tin painted hearts knocking around hanging off cupboards and making a racket when I get up early. Have managed to keep twigs at bay at least. I also hate oversized photo frames made of crap materials.

juvenal
Does anyone know why sane human beings buy four wooden letters spelling B A T H to place on a shelf above their bath? Are they amnesiacs of some sort? Edited March 22, 2015 by juvenal

FedupTeddiBear
White painted cages: empty cages, caged books, caged candles, caged house plants, caged flower arrangements, caged fake butterflies, caged stationery, caged cupcakes caged cotton balls, caged makeup and caged wooden hearts do my head in. What next, caged cages?
