Avenue Rd Neville St Newmarket St Neville St (again) Lincoln St Asking prices of £210k - £225k per house. Around £1m worth of real estate there if the seller is lucky. There is ongoing construction of student residences being built at the University of East Anglia and surrounding areas. Happening in other towns and cities too.
