I did...I couldn't see anything special, am I missing something ?

One thing I did see:

"£1000 BUYER'S INCENTIVE AVAILABLE (subject to terms and conditions)"

Im guessing the terms and conditions are...you pay full asking price :lol::lol:

Off 200K and see what they say, then ask for your grand off

Sorry, I messed that up... Property Bee shows a 10k increase followed by a 10k decrease.

If you are using property bee then you will be seeing the £35000 reductions that some people are making in a desperate attempt to sell, on the ad I quoted they put the price up by £10000 so they could drop it again.

There is a 4 bed house in Blofield, by the way, that has been for sale for 4 years and three months with no movement on price. Is this a record?

4 years and 3 months could be a contender for oldest property bee listing....start a thread on that....

William H Brown have been trotting that one off for over a year now. Don't think any buyers are falling for it!

Mundesley has got a lot of houses for sale, with big reductions. I know its out in the sticks, but does anyone know why this should be. Its almost as though the council has just announced a huge travellers site is to be built there. Nothing against that of course, ....

I should have researched before asking the question.. changes have been made to the coastal erosion protection. I presume people are cutting losses. Such a shame.

I took a drive out to Mundesley a few weeks ago. Looking around, it seems like a nice seaside village. One very new block of flats situated on the coastal road with a 'For Sale' sign. Thereafter spotted the ground floor flat on one of the property websites and genuinely thought 'that is not a bad price!' for a property which had a reasonal view of the sea. Now I know why!

Rightmove using propertybee with firefox, Searching for detached property under £250k in Norfolk in the last 24 hours gives 58 properties. 29 of which arenew on, and 29 are price reductions.

The average reduction is £21,000.

The largest reduction is £100,000 (£350k to £250k)

Realilty strikes.
