Andy T Posted November 11, 2014 Share Posted November 11, 2014 300k (or 295) seems to of become the norm asking price, e.g. 3 bed semi's in Sale/west Timperley, or little 3 bed detached houses in north Trafford, stretford, Urmston, Old Trafford etc. This is a massive increase on the asking prices of early spring, certainly 50k increase or more. I don't think they are particularly selling, what is their strategy, priced to be knocked down or hold out hope for home movers swopping at similar prices with enough equity for stamp duty not to be a concern?
