120K for a cross between a garden shed and a greenhouse. Amazing. Any tomatoes growing in it must be worth more than the property

Presumably they're buying a small plot in a great location. The shed will go and a tiny house will go up in its place. Can't check though as the EAs seem to have removed the details.

If it's the same one as detailed [url="http://www.houseprices.co.uk/e.php?q=%22Moatside+Court%22,+YORK"]here[/url] then it went for £100,000 instead of the asking price of £120,000. Still too much mind you.
