LumpHammer
Looking at rightmove with the bee and i saw this house: 3 bed detached house Price has dropped from £215k to £170k since March, do you reckon that this or a similar house could be sold for £130k in a years time? Personally i think this is a lovely house and my bear mind tells me that i could just about afford £130k in a years time. So am i being realistic or in cloud cuckoo land Tom Edited February 8, 2009 by LumpHammer

They would probably accept £155k today, by October/November you could get very close.
HouseDog
My 2 cents thinks that in NN7 this kind of property may well have an asking price of 150 to 155K in twelve months time. If we're still in a strong buyers market (which I think we will be) you may well be able offer and buy somewhere near 140 - 145K at this time. However, I don't think we will see the true bottom of the market till sometime in late 2011 to 2012.

pablopatito
I like NN7! Here's one I'd buy: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sa...on%26index%3D90 I'm a big fan of a lot of 70s and 80s architecture - I love all the glass they used before building regulations mean't that we now have to live in the dark if we want a new build. My budget is £240k. What do you reckon?

planet78
Still showing as 'under offer' 3 months on. That offer is taking some sorting out.
