Tempted to sit it out until after Brexit myself. Only concern is what the effect on the pound will be, having all my assets in sterling is making me a bit nervous.

Went to see that one not long after it had been put on the market and it already had £180k cash against it, amazed it went that high. Decent house with a bit of character, but no parking, no garden and north of Sunnyside street isn't the best area. Had similar experiences with other properties in the Ormeau area and have more or less given up on it as a possibility, being within stumbling distance of the Errigle is clearly very important to a lot of people!
